Original Recipe from the National Dairy Council

Chipotle Pepper Dip
Makes 5 servings (1/2 cup, per serving )

Prep Time: 10 min
Cook Time: 10 min

1 teaspoon Chipotle pepper sauce
2 (8-ounce) containers low-fat plain yogurt
1/2 cup thick and chunky salsa
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
Assorted cut vegetables or corn chips

Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; mix until blended and refrigerate. Add shredded cheese. Serve with assorted cut vegetables or corn chips.

Original Recipe from Better Homes and Gardens

Ricotta Fruit Dip
Makes 2 servings

Prep Time: 10 min

1/3 cup part-skim Ricotta cheese
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon finely shredded orange peel
1 tablespoon orange juice
1/2 cup vanilla lowfat yogurt
Assorted cut-up fresh fruit

For dip, combine Ricotta cheese, sugar, orange peel and orange juice in a blender or food processor. Cover and blend or process until smooth. Stir cheese mixture into the yogurt. If desired, cover and chill up to 24 hours. Serve with assorted fresh fruit.
